Return policy
At EJIACHE, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
You must initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase is required.
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page.
Any item without its original tags or packaging.
Any item that shows signs of wear, has been washed, or is damaged due to customer misuse.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@ejiache.com within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Wait for Instructions: We will respond with further instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns shipped without an RMA number may not be accepted.
Ship Your Return: Carefully package the unused, tagged item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include your original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Mail your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you received a discount on your original order, the refunded amount will be based on the actual price paid for the item.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing your orders. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@ejiache.com with your order number and photos of the product and/or packaging. We will gladly arrange for a free return and full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.
6. Return Shipping Address
Please do not mail your return to our corporate address. We will provide you with the correct returns facility address after you contact us and receive your RMA number.
