1. Shipping Destinations
We are pleased to offer shipping within the United States and its territories. We also offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping options and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
2. Shipping Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
3. Shipping Rates & Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The shipping cost for your order is calculated based on the total weight of your items, the selected shipping method, and the destination address. You will be able to see the shipping charge for your order before you finalize your purchase and complete payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment with the carrier.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. EJIACHE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees required by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout. Payment of these charges is necessary to release the order from customs upon arrival. 7. Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be deemed undeliverable for several reasons. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout. We will discuss options for reshipping the order (which will incur additional shipping fees) or issuing a refund for the merchandise cost (minus the original shipping costs).
