They're okay. The material is decent, but the sizing runs a little small. My husband usually wears a large, and these are a bit snug. He'll still wear them, but I'd recommend sizing up.

Hubby loves these pajamas! He says they're super soft and the fit is great. My only small complaint is that they wrinkled a bit after washing. Still a solid purchase though!
